Once you sign up for our services we ensure that the perfect caregiver is matched to the client.  Should that caregiver be unable to attend a shift we have a back-up ready.  If they are unavailable, one of our highly trained office staff we be on the scene to provide care.  That’s right- we have a back up for the back-up.
