Rita’s Care at Home LLC takes pride in hiring the most compassionate, well-trained caregivers in the business. Each caregiver is screened and must pass a criminal background check, abuse registry check, and drug screen. Prior work and character references are also checked before they are placed in a home to provide care. In addition, if transportation is provided, a clear motor vehicle report and insurance is required.

Our caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants or experienced caregivers that must complete a certified training course with our company. They must also have a strong desire to care for people and their rights and dignity. Our caregivers are employees and not independent contractors, so the client is never at risk with the IRS.
